This technical familiarity in turn has allowed me to address new technologies and systems that whished to be implemented, empowering me to support the work team from the most general aspects, going through the architecture and definition of the solution, down to the lowest technical level. I joined the Funx team to enhance the "360 experience" they wanted to offer their customers, opening new sales channels through the implementation and integration of e-commerce that, apart from existing as a stand-alone solution, would allow offering products and services integrated with applications and other web systems.

Due to the merger of the Copesa Group with its subsidiaries, I maintained the same responsibilities and tasks that I carried out at Promoservice, reporting on this occasion directly to the Customer Management. With this change, new systems begin to be developed to meet the needs of this management area.
