BIAL T2 Duties and Responsibilities,• Implementation of the HSE plan at workplace by active participation and involvement of Project team.• Ensure proactive performance monitoring of HSE implementation at workplace.• Perform daily walk-through for safety inspections of the facilities including fire systems. • Document findings and compile and present statistical data on safety activities to EH&S Manager.• Conducting Training as per approved schedule/ task specific to employees.• Monitor and prevent potential workplace safety hazards through routine inspections and training, maintaining accurate and up-to-date documentations, investigations on incidents, accidents, injuries, unsafe actions, and conditions. Interface with facilities management andmaking recommendations on issues related to safety.• Ensure compliance with international safety regulations through comprehensive inspections and communication. • Inform timely all employees of changes in regulations. • Preparing weekly and monthly reports.• Monitoring hot work permits, permits to work in energized areas, LOTO procedures etc.• Preparing Risk Assessment and proposing appropriate control measures by Hazard Elimination, Reduction, Isolation, and Control through engineering means and PPE.• Strict compliance of COSHH identified materials at the workplace. • Identify, recommend, and implement ergonomic changes to reduce health and safety hazards.• Accident reporting, investigation, analysis and suggesting preventive measures to avoid recurrence.

Experience in both last mile operations and line haul operations.
