Electrical Systems Maintenance:Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance on electrical systems within the Oil and Gas facilities. This includes overseeing panel wiring, ensuring proper connections, and addressing any issues with electrical components. Execute timely repairs and replacements to minimize downtime and maintain the integrity of the electrical infrastructure.PLC Troubleshooting and Programming:Specialize in troubleshooting and programming Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs) used in heavy equipment. Diagnose and rectify PLC-related issues, ensuring seamless functionality and adherence to safety protocols. Collaborate with the engineering team to optimize PLC programs for enhanced equipment performance and reliability.Mechanical Equipment Overhauls:Lead and participate in overhauls of heavy mechanical equipment, including compressors and other machinery crucial to Oil and Gas operations. Execute on-site and workshop-based overhauls, disassembling, inspecting, and reassembling components. Ensure compliance with industry standards and manufacturer specifications to extend equipment lifespan and efficiency.Emergency Response and System Commissioning:Be a key player in emergency response scenarios, swiftly identifying and addressing electrical and mechanical issues to restore operations promptly. Additionally, contribute to the commissioning of new systems, verifying the proper integration of electrical and mechanical components. Collaborate with project teams to ensure seamless transitions and adherence to safety regulations during commissioning activities.
