CurrentPROJECTS:1.ALSTOM : DMRC DELHI, INDIALead Engineer at Customer Onsite (ALSTOM)ROUTING AND INTEGRATION Tool : PLM4A and Catia V6 Responsible for Saloon interfaces studies during the conception and development phases of rolling stock Saloon. Functions: - Manage the design and convergence process of all installations within the assigned scope of responsibility, ensuring coherence with Train Design rules and processes, guaranteeing the quality of the deliverables and respecting the project schedule. - Prepare and document Integration Design Reviews according to project schedule and follow-up main open actions. - Check respect of allocated volumes/ interfaces, solve project mechanical issues, follow-up challenging actions, define mitigation plans covering identified risks, etc. - As responsible for Routing and Integration Domain in project, report on activities progress, anticipating issues and alerting if needed. -Resposible lead role for all RIT 3D FTA drawing creation and deliveries for Supplier and Indus team. (Sheet metal parts and assemblies and Train installation assembly with work instructions) 2. ALSTOM :XTRAP MELBOURNE, AUSTRALIA -Lead Engineer at offshoreCAB & INTERIORTool:DMA and CATIA V5 -Respobsible lead role for Mechanical 3D desing of Train Cab& interior and FTA drawing creation and deliveries for Supplier and Indus team. (Sheet metal parts and assemblies and Train installation assembly with work instructions).
