Moulding (1 years):Coordinate moulding operations, including mould shaping, building, and curing stages.Ensure smooth transition between rolling, building, and curing processes to maintain production flow.Monitor curing cycles, temperature profiles, and curing press operations to achieve desired product properties.Conduct regular quality checks during moulding stages, identifying and addressing any defects or deviations.
