*Manage Foreign Exchange Operations as per RBI Guidelines. *Plan, Organize, direct and control the branch operations. *Ensure the policies and procedures are followed while doing the transactions. *Network to develop business relations, promote the sale of foreign exchange and other services and attract corporate individual customers. *Interview corporate and individual customers and respond to customer inquiries. *Analyze, review and approve or reject foreign exchange requests based on the regulation. *Ensure the collection of payments from corporate clients and make sure that the credit is received within the credit period. *Review all required AML/ KYC regulatory requirements for all clients and analyzing any transactions that appear unusual based on the customer's profile. *Collecting and verifying KYC documents from the corporate clients as per the FEMA act and RBI requirements. *Carrying out the compliance function of the organization to ensure the day to day functions are adhering to the RBI/FEMA regulations and law. *Administration of compliance monitoring, compliance on-boarding functions including KYC and Customer Due Diligence. *Receive Internal Suspicious Transaction Reports from branches. *Investigate, Report and file Suspicious Transaction Report to the management.
