• Erection and commissioning of rotary equipment, structures and pipe lines• Mechanical equipment maintains and its trouble shouting • Structural fabrication and erection of structures, equipment, interconnecting chutes, ducting and vessels • Monitoring and controlling the inspection activities at Pre-Fabrication shop as well as site• Pipe Line integrity and Risk management by using PIMS software SYNERGI• Review and mark up designs, calculations, drawings and specifications for static equipment, piping and rotary equipment.• Mechanical static and rotary equipment maintenance job supervision and trouble shouting• Analyze and solve shop fabrication and site construction problems.• Assign work to the engineers and support then in their project assignments.• Compile and write technical scope of works for sub-contract services • Preparing of protocol for aliened equipment• Preparing of lifting plans for erection of heavy equipment• Man power planning and organizing daily site activities• Tank erection and piping for co gas booster • Pipe line template, welding, joint gap, Expansion bellow SCH etc. Inspection• Hydraulic lines, oxygen, LPG lines etc. acid pickling and Flushing and finally NAS value for commissioning• Trouble shooting &supervision of another site activates• Coordination with clients, civil department and electrical department to execution of the project in time• Reporting to the project manager• Customer correspondence, MOM about completion of site works &daily activities reports• Carry out material identification when material is received from supplier. Material identification reports by noting the heat number and comparing the material test certificates for physical & chemical properties with the specification.
