Project management of multiple technical project deployments in the security domain. Projects included successful deployments of Beyond Trust Privileged Access Management solution, Tripwire Enterprise file integrity and configuration monitoring, enhancements to Oracle Identity Manager provisioning and certification features, and enhancements to Saviynt Role Manager features.

Delivery of Identity and Access Management services for the Kaiser Permanente workforce.Lead the team responsible for acting as the “front-door” to IAM Solution Delivery’s services provided to the Kaiser Permanente enterprise. Services provided are in the access enforcement (authentication) and access administration (digital identity life cycle) areas and support a workforce of over 250,000 users. We are the primary liason between business partners and the IAM solution delivery teams. Responsibilities include product management, project management, business analysis, and consulting.

Project management for Identity and Access Management services.

Led the Identity Management Technology team for Charles Schwab (custom and packaged software solutions in the Security domain).- Created (in 2002) and managed 22 person international team to leverage technology to support who can – and who cannot – access system resources. - Prepared and presented recommendations for long and short term strategies to manage workforce digital identity and system access.- Communicated technical vision, created annual business plans, collaborated across technical and business organizational units to address operational and security concerns and advocate for improved data quality and process.- Built effective processes and controls to effectively manage workflow and technical support across a geographically dispersed team located in California, Colorado, and India.- Delivered Enterprise Single Sign On, Workforce Digital Identities, Multiple Organizational Hierarchies, Business Roles, System Access Certification, and strategic Identity and Access Management infrastructure.

Highlights include:1997 – 2000 Managing Director, Electronic Brokerage Technology• Email Channel. Project manager responsible for delivery of new channel of communication with Schwab customers on Schwab.com. This was a significant breakthrough use of technology for Schwab that delivered competitive advantage. The project involved leveraging existing email technology to provide custom trading alerts, trade confirmations, and daily market updates in real time.1996 – 1997 Senior Manager, Retail Technology• Schwab Institutional Statement and Active Trader Statement. Project manager responsible for redesign and rearchitecture of statement business and technical processing for these high end customer segments. 1994 – 1995 Manager, Retail Technology• Critical Path Reduction. Project manager responsible for streamlining end of day system process flows responsible for all daily trading transactions. Huge growth in transaction volumes was impacting completion of books and records updates to meet daily market open timing. Critical impact to customers and to operations. • Trade Settlement +3. Project manager responsible for executing the financial industry change from a 5 day trade transaction settlement period to a 3 day settlement. Regulatory project with non-moveable deadlines for deployment.
