• Perform planning, design, and implementation of ITIL/ISO20k processes to meet evolving and changing needs of clients and provide assessment, design, and redesign, and implementation solutions for clients.
• Analyze and identify recommendations for enhancements based on ITIL/ISO20k best practices.
• To improve existing practices and identify key operational measurements to use for process improvements and assist with the preparation of presentations and proposals and work on policy analysis for definition.
• Conduct ISO20000 gap analysis and ITIL Assessment highlighting current state, future state, client needs, best practices and competition.
• Hands-on project delivery, including customer and project management
• Facilitating and documenting design workshops

Saudi Arabia

• Engaging with customers/end users with capacity and confidence to go on customer site and facilitate requirements gathering sessions.
• Ability and experience leading and facilitating workshops and training sessions.
• Strong documentation skills including requirements specifications, process documentation ability to prepare business cases etc.
• Experience preparing training and technical documentation.
• Provide ITIL training.
• Highly collaborative and proactive and find solutions, provide advice and guide

Saudi Arabia

• Develop, assess and select the proper strategy for the project, considering Performance, Cost, Time and Scope constraints.
• Produce a progress report monthly.
• Weekly communication meetings with Team Principals
• Review weekly progress reports of Team Principals.

Egypt

• Provides technical direction for the development, design, and systems integration for client engagement from definition phase through implementation.
• Reviews work of development team.
• Easily recognizes system deficiencies and implements effective solutions.
• Creates and executes development plans and revises as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements.
• Keeps project manager well informed of status of development effort and serves as liaison between development staff and project manager.
• Owns the development lifecycle and responsible for managing technical risks throughout the project.
