People Operations Partner
Current--Implement and maintain policies and procedures that support an employee-oriented, high performance culture that emphasizes empowerment and continuous improvement to meet defined metrics focused on safety, quality, delivery and cost--Partner with all departments within the organization to meet and exceed company goals and objectives--Manage employee relations in 1,000+ person facility and utilize ethics case management as necessary--Develop and execute recruiting strategies--Analyze compensation and benefit data--Adhere to company and organizational standards--Maintaining extensive knowledge and compliance of all federal, state and local regulations--Support management in policy development and accurate documentation--Facilitate and develops company-wide training programs; collaborating with managers for specific training needs for teams or individuals --FMLA and Covid Administration
