Over the course of my extensive 27-year career in elementary education and educational leadership, I have earned the distinction of National Board Certified Teacher, and have developed core competencies in areas such as curriculum development, instruction design, professional development, data analysis, and stakeholder engagement.My unwavering commitment to creating a fair and inclusive learning environment for all students is at the forefront of everything I do. I am passionate about working with teachers and administrators to implement evidence-based practices and strategies that promote equitable opportunities for students of all backgrounds. Through my efforts, I have made significant contributions to student outcomes and achievement, and have fostered a positive and collaborative culture within the district.I am constantly seeking opportunities to expand my knowledge and skills, and to stay abreast of emerging trends and best practices in the field of education.
