As a Branch manager I attended to inquiries from clients, updating and answering client concerns, arranging and updating inventory, orders, and deliveries, as well as prepared cash vouchers, cash, and related documents. I was also responsible for the administration of a full service branch, developing new business; providing excellent customer relations; maintaining the branch’s profitability; and developing a new client base. I was also in charge of recruiting and training new personnel, conducting performance evaluation of all employees, setting standards in giving customer satisfaction and handling escalated customer concerns. I represent the company in meetings held locally; conducted daily sales assessments and monitor all transactions; promoted cleanliness within the branch; ensured all employee’s salaries and bonuses are properly given; send reports and updates to the main branch; and developed an annual budget for the business branch.
