Entering the Australian market in 2010 with the acquisition of Australian companies Nature Vet and Delvet, Ceva is committed to pioneering new products for the Australian market.Responsibilities: • Management of specialist equine and mixed practice veterinary clients in Queensland and New South Wales• Generate customer satisfaction • Create demand and secure sales by delivering and demonstrating value to wholesale network and veterinarians• Promote Ceva equine products to studs, trainers, members of the equine leisure market and convert this promotion to sales through vets and OTC stores.• Generate strong business partnerships with key stakeholders to improve business performance• Management of key accounts• Provide customized solutions to key accounts to meet customer needs/expectations• Deliver timely and professional product support to all customers. • Communicate effectively across all sectors of the Ceva business • Ensure CRM and other databases are updated regularly• Achieve the set sales budget for region, customers and product • Identify new business opportunities• Deliver training programs to clients to increase awareness, usage and sales.• Manage social media for equine business unit• Contribute to equine marketing planning • Redevelopment and management of Sponsored Riders program.
