My name is Ebonie Williamson I've been working as Centre Manager for 17 years in Early Learning Services.I have been in the child care and early learning sector since 2000 and I have worked in many roles and with all age groups.I have my Diploma of Children’s Services. I am proud to lead a team of passionate Early Childhood Professionals who are dedicated to providing high quality care.I am committed to providing a high quality learning environment for young children and Educators. By working closely with families I can provide children with opportunities to become successful, confident Pre- Schoolers. Setting a positive path for learning and self-worth is just the beginning for the youngest generations of today’s future leaders. I am very passionate about collaborating with families, children and communities to enhance learning, development and wellbeing outcomes for children, along with supporting their families and building their communities.I believe in the style of leadership, is to produce more leaders, not more followers and also that Great leaders are also leading learners in their profession. If leaders don’t learn, then the learning in the organizations that they lead is not likely to flourish to its full potential.
