Responsible for the management of employment and recruitment process for 3+ Districts including over 41+ branches with full life cycle recruiting of retail banking non-exempt and exempt level positions. Advise and consult with hiring decisions, offer negotiations and staffing strategies. Serve as point of contact and subject matter expert to hiring managers throughout hiring process. Manage candidate expectation through timely feedback and follow-up to ensure positive recruiting experience. Provide necessary recruitment strategies for the sourcing of openings for internal and external candidates.

Responsible for all generalist areas of human resources including employee endearment and engagement. Served as consultant to employees and management for all policies, procedures and company initiatives. Manage turnover, recruiting, payroll and benefits administration, performance reviews, succession planning, driving positive employee relations and monitoring and ensuring compliance with regarding FMLA, ADA, EEO/Affirmative Action, Workers' Compensation, Unemployment, and other employment laws. Manage office functions. Conduct and train all new hires and process paperwork. Continuous updates on key initiatives regarding benefits, diversity and retention. Responsible for all areas of safety and improvement including employee safety training and tracking.

Responsible for full life cycle recruiting of non-exempt and exempt level positions within various areas of the company including Retail, Investments, Corporate Administration and Asset Management. Align with senior management in identifying skills and competencies in potential candidates for open positions. Provide high quality level of customer service and support to internal and external clients. Supervise and Assist training department with class scheduling in order to meet the needs of the business. Provide necessary recruitment strategies for the sourcing and marketing of openings for internal and external candidates.

Provide administrative support to management and service partners while managing multiple priorities, support multiple lines of businesses by performing complex administrative office duties requiring knowledge of company policies and procedures, worked independently along with other staff members to ensure completion of projects and delivery of service, HR database administration, file management, employee screening/hiring/orientation, and staff training /development programs.
