• Effectively recruited, managed, and motivated over 30 student organizers who assisted in executing free college federal advocacy work• Oversaw student programs for Black students at HBCUs and PWIs that has attracted more than 1,000+ Black students to the organization • Creatively designed engaging strategies for encouraging students across the state of Georgia to get out the vote in marginalized communities
