As a team leader i was tasked with all the administration for the department as well as guiding the team daily in order to hit our daily / Weekly And Monthly targets. I started at Safeguard Security Group as a telemarketer at 19.within my job role i Marketed all kinds of security via the telephone working B2B. I had no experience within sales as this was my first job. Within my first month i hit my target of 34 meetings for the month. My consistency increased as i hit target and exceeded target every month. My handwork and meetings that i was booking for our business development managers lead me to bring in new business each month. As a result of my hard work and professionalism i was promoted to a team leader role for our sister company Smarta Environment Ltd where i lead a small team of 6 telemarketing apprentices.
