Recently due to the growth and success here at Smarta Environments i was given the pleasure and opportunity of opening, refurbishing, recruiting and growing a brand new telesales department / customer Service Department. within this role i have recruited 6 telemarketers for the department trained all new staff and now currently run and manager 2 eager sales driven Telemarketing Teams made up of 10 sales consultants.At Smarta Environment we currently specialist in reducing the annual utility costs for businesses.

My consistency increased as i hit target and exceeded target every month. My handwork and meetings that i was booking for our business development managers lead me to bring in new business each month. As a result of my hard work and professionalism i was promoted to a team leader role for our sister company Smarta Environment Ltd where i lead a small team of 6 telemarketing apprentices.
