In my years of working I gained various occupational and Life Experiences that range from customer service to culinary arts to the healthcare field. The skills and experiences that I possess gives me the confidence, attitude, and motivation to learn more and expand my knowledge to succeed in any field. I Working at a nursing home with combative Alzheimer’s dementia residents gives your patience, experience and skill to enter their world to understand and assist them better with their cognitive impairment. I performed customer service at many fast food restaurants and grocery stores where customer service is number one no matter the situation, a happy customer is a returning customer. I worked in an Urgent Care/ emergency room where most moments are intense and filled with adrenaline, an experience you’ll never get tired of. I have experience working in a correctional facility where you have to follow rules and regulations for your safety, and meet deadlines which was never a problem. I dealt with everyday verbal abuse and anger, non humanistic behavior and scheduling an maintaining appointments and medications for an entire prison. I always have and always will take the initiative and go above and beyond the Call of Duty. Just one of the many attributes I bring to a company. I’m a hard worker, dependable, and work well difficult situations. I remain calm and contain my professionalism in conflict or disagreement. I acquired many skills and experiences in the various jobs task and assignments I performed including administrative and clerical work to acting as coroner for a day. In 2015 I received a $10,000 gift from the clients I took care of for 8 years they appreciated everything I did for them and they said I deserved it. My work ethic, character, and reputation along with my achievements qualifies me for any job. I’m prepared and ready to take on any challenges.
