I provided high quality coaching and advice to Human Resource professionals and entity leadership in managing through complex and sensitive personnel matters, including but not limited to performance issues, termination decisions, policy violations, ethics investigations and/or violations, employee complaints, legal concerns, grievances and investigations. Key activities included:• Provide day-to-day coaching, support and guidance to the various HR and Business Partners. • Coach employees and managers in people-matters that involve employee relations or labor relations.• Work with DTE and location HR, business partners, MDs and legal as needed for coordination within entity of employee and leadership to gain agreement on suggested actions/recommendations for resolving employee issues.
