People Operations Manager
- Manage the HR Operations team in the areas of HRIS, onboarding, offboarding, leave administration, compliance, unemployment, process improvement, and policy development.
- Provide company-wide employee relations support for employees and managers, including facilitation of performance related counseling through the Performance Improvement Plan process, and resolving complex employee.
- Provide support to the Talent team, which includes resume review, interviewing candidates, updating the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), and managing the recruitment process Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
- Administer employee health and welfare benefit plans, which include oversight of change reporting, qualifying life events, invoice reconciliation, and the Corporate Wellness Program.
- Optimize Ceridian Dayforce with system updates, implementation of new modules, process automation, and report creation and delivery for management.
- Build and manage the annual Performance Management and Open Enrollment portals within Ceridian Dayforce.
