The Australian Centre for Child Protection (ACCP) is Australia’s premier research centre for the prevention of child abuse and neglect, leading a public health approach to child protection research. Placement opportunities may involve a range of tasks such as: 1) undertaking background literature searches or participating in systematic literature reviews; 2) supporting analysis, interpretation or synthesis of data; 3) reviewing research or professional teaching content; or 4) assisting with the collection and integration of policy guidelines or reports. Learning Opportunities: Searching, analysis, immersion in an applied research environment. Placement will be at the ACCP but there may be opportunity to undertake some tasks at home.

Work with the clayton senior home to help those who feel lonely/depressed and need company to give them support and joy in life. Visit once a week for 2 hours a day taking an hour each visit to build reliable relationships with seniors as if i am a family member visiting and/or a friend.
