I currently serve as a Senior Cyber Security Engineer at the ISC2 headquarters, where I began as an intern before transitioning to a full-time role upon completing my Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity from The University of Tampa. Committed to continuous learning, I furthered my education with a Master’s degree in Cybersecurity from the same institution and earned industry certifications, including SSCP, CISSP, and GIAC (GCTI).In my current role at ISC2, I focus on vulnerability management, analyzing security monitoring tools, and managing various log ingestions. I work cross-functionally, collaborating closely with teams like vSOC and application teams to ensure seamless integration and security best practices. I enjoy tackling diverse challenges, often assisting my colleagues with their tickets, which allows me to continually expand my knowledge and refine my skill set.Though still early in my career, I’m highly ambitious and driven to grow alongside the rapidly evolving field of cybersecurity. I believe this industry will play an increasingly critical role in shaping our future, and I’m excited to be an active part of that journey.
