As the leader of the program team, I am responsible for programmatic design, implementation and evaluation, as well as curriculum development and mission alignment. My duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to: - Direct supervisor of the Program & Community Engagement Managers, coaches, and lead volunteers. - Curriculum development. - Establish and maintain thoughtful partnerships with critical stakeholders such as school partners, community program organizations, and volunteers. - Create and implement formal and informal evaluation plans. - Monitor program quality through formal and informal program evaluation. - Build and maintain the program budget. - Collaborate with the Community Engagement Manager to build volunteer recruitment, training, and retentions plans that focus on diversity and inclusion. - Design and help execute trainings for Coaches, Volunteers, and Mentors. - Serves as the organizational representative in coalitions, committees, and external partnerships. - Form relationships with youth and family members; promote family engagement. - Assist the Executive Director in annual fundraising efforts such as Give NOLA day, Giving Tuesday, End of Year campaigns, and Charity Runners for the Crescent City Classic. - Share ownership of vision setting for the future of the organization. - Assist the Executive Director in strategic planning process in collaboration with external consultant, Board of Directors, and organization stakeholders. - Attend Youth Program Quality Initiative (YPQI) and MHA Labs soft-skill trainings. - Serve on the Laureus Sports for Good Equity of Access committee on behalf of the organization.

Provide students the necessary academic support to improve learning and understanding of Biological Sciences through tutoring, supplemental instruction, workshops and other academic programming. Promote academic success of Xavier students by encouraging productive learning styles and study behaviors.
