I make the world a better place with technology.I always thought my aspiration was to be a journalist, burning the midnight oil while sipping piping hot cups of joe’ covering breaking news. Spending my life typing away at a Pulitzer prize-winning news outlet seemed like a reasonable goal given my BA in Print Journalism. I even started my own writing and editing business. But deep down inside, it felt like something was missing. I wanted to express myself in a way that made a positive impact on the human condition. And that’s when it happened: I built my first website. One line of HTML led to an incredible career building technical solutions to improve the lives of others. Each day, I love that I can use my ingenuity to make the world a better place. I also love combining journalism and principles of design to build intuitive user experiences. My specialties include problem solving, back-end and front-end development for interactive web applications, enterprise level content management, customer relationship management, cloud computing infrastructure and management, software-as-a-service, artificial intelligence and automation. I am proficient in HTML, CSS, Apex, SQL, SOOQL and have intermediate skills in JavaScript, Bash/Shell/PowerShell, Node.JS and Ruby. I am an avid learner and committed to enhancing my skills and learning as many new and exciting languages as I can.
