•Worked cross-functionally with field service managers and other stakeholders to ensure all project communication was aligned. As part of a special projects team known as the Super Priority Team, I was given a client project to gain visibility into the root cause of the customer's units failing. We created buyout codes that identified the failures and I reviewed over one thousand claims to ensure the correct codes were being used. •Worked with field service managers to ensure all customer escalations were resolved while adhering to all client SLA’s. If the resolution consisted of replacing the customer’s product, I would initiate communication with the customer and ensure they understand the process and timeline. During this time, I helped identify a need for a new process. With this new process implemented, we were able to save 1.2 million dollars after one year by adding specialized technicians to verify all steps were taken before initiating a reimbursement. • Assisted training managers with post-production floor training for new hires to ensure they were set up for success and were able to find and utilize all resource tools needed to perform daily responsibilities. For any documents that were incorrect or needed to be revised, I would identify the updated process and submit them for revisions to ensure our teams were working from the newest and updated processes.• Helped organize and track adhoc data needed so the operations leaders were able to successfully modify processes as needed. This ensure our team was able to adhere to specific and attainable metrics. If the adhoc data proved leadership could use they would create a metric and measure by creating a process to automate the data from the back-end and start tracking the new metric based on the adhoc analysis.• While on the service solutions team, I took ownership of any reimbursements/buyouts for any products that fit the criteria based on unrepairable, uneconomical, no service, and no lemon.
