I am a recent graduate from the University of North Texas (Kinesiology, Sport and Exercise Psychology emphasis) with 450+ hours of practicum experience as the Sport Psychology Consultant for UNT Cheer. I am also pursuing certification as a CMPC (Certified Mental Performance Consultant). I graduated with my B.S. double majoring in Psychology and Addiction Studies from Northwestern State University where I also played basketball. As a former Division 1 athlete that sustained several major injuries throughout my career, I was introduced to sport psychology at an early age and have a personal connection with experiencing its value. My goal as a consultant is to help others maximize their potential not only as performers, but as human beings. I specialize in training individuals and teams in various mental skills, such as resilience, stress management, focus, goal-setting, and self-confidence.
