Managing our own ledgers, cash forecasting, running reports, chasing customers for payment whilst maintaining Customer relations, reducing debtor days, trouble shooting problems between our Accounts system and our Automated billing platform, posting cash on Exchequer, managing queries and assisting with billing. We had just taken over Easynet Ltd when I began working here and the ledgers were in a huge mess. Most customer Invoices were incorrect, huge Account reconciliations had to be undertaken plus working out the Invoicing issues, having them fixed and ensuring payments were still being made.

Responsibilities were, posting cash on Sage, debt collection via email, telephone or post, maintaining customer relationships, query resolution. I then became acting Payroll Manager and was responsible for ensuring that all of our Contractors were paid each week using emailed timesheets and our Payroll system. I managed a team of 4, delegating responsibilities, staff training and general day to day tasks associated with the role.
