About Ebony King

Who is Ebony King? I am a woman of many of talents, most known to ingeniously transform people and organizations forward. My personal mission is to light, love, and lead. I am no stranger to hard work. My career in leadership started years ago as a manager of a fast food restaurant in Dallas, Texas. Since my days of frying chicken I have accumulated 15 years in IT Sales with IBM, HPE, and Veeam. I currently help companies with backup, replication, monitoring and reporting with Veeam software. Additionally, I am leading a healthy, happy, and high performing sales team. I believe that it is a virtue to be both a student and teacher. I hold a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and a Master of Arts in Organizational Leadership with a focus on International Leadership. I am currently pursuing my Doctorate in Strategic Leadership.Additionally, I am the founder and executive director of Tabitha’s TEA Party, a non-profit organization. At Tabitha’s TEA Party we host Faith-based empowerment workshops and conferences to help women get up, stay up, and lead by Faith. We combine personal journeys + biblical principles to encourage women to overcome any obstacles that prevent them from living a purposeful and intentional life. Through Tabitha's TEA Party I served as the Creative Director and Executive Producer of the Lonestar Emmy nominated documentary “Girl, Get Up! Rising From Dead Places.” I recently published, Black Wings Still Fly. Black Wings Still Fly is a poetic journey to restoration for anyone who has ever felt that their pain was too heavy for them to rise.
