I have over 11 years experience in Customer Service and 6 years in the Finance Industry. I have recently completed a career change and am now contracted to Ranger Mine (NT) as a Civil Spotter. Being an extra set of eyes for the machinery operators has proven to be an essential role to ensure safety within the workplace. Being new to the industry I am very enthusiastic and eager to learn as much as I can. During my time within the finance industry I worked for the National Australia Bank (NAB) and the Commonwealth Bank of Australia (CBA) within various sales positions. I specialised in making my customers feel extremely valued which we assisted me in achieving any targets that were required. Constantly receiving positive feedback from customers and colleagues around my customer service is something that I pride myself heavily on. I am consistently meeting business KPIs and have a great drive to learn and push further with my own education. If any stats are lacking that will help me succeed in my current role and assist me in any future roles, I take on all feedback constructively and immediately implement strategies to improve.I have also have been able to build my customer service and leadership skills through employment at ALDI and Corowa Whisky and Chocolate. I have been lucky enough to work for some great, diverse companies and always look forward to pushing myself further.
