As a Regional Real Estate Director for Target, I helped the world's premier general merchandise retailer execute its retail strategy to connect with more guests by opening new stores every year. Today, as an Asset Manager on Target's Property Management Team, I lead a team of project managers and technical leads who maximize the performance of Target's assets while delivering value, reliability and brand integrity. My superpowers are complexity busting and decisiveness and I have a track record of delivering results - from new store lease agreements to expense reduction and operational efficiencies – while driving effective partnerships across stakeholders within and outside my organization.
