Providing general support and supervision of students, when required. Assisting with school events. Working as part of a team. Communicating with colleagues in regard to students’ progress. Assisting students with Individualised Education Plans in academic and non-academic classes. Providing students teachers with feedback about the lessons work.

Providing individualised support for individuals, specifically youth, to access their local communities and to provide support in their home.

Greeting customers entering the shop. Assisting customers to find the goods and products they are looking for. Stocking shelves with merchandise. Answering queries from customers. Balancing cash registers with receipts. Dealing with customer refunds. Responsible dealing with customer complaints. Working within relevant legislations particularly with gambling and tobacco products.
