• Active participation on the whole lifecycle of delivering Business Support Solutions, from business needs identification to research and from design to delivery for both functional and non-functional perspectives.• Advisory role in terms of best practices and market standard for telecom operators worldwide in both business and technical subjects as well as business strategy and process optimisations• As Senior Telecom Business Advisor the main goal is to make sure that the requirements balance expectations from either Business, Operations and/or IT perspectives in order to assure the business continuity through the identification and managing risks and possible impacts on the business while acting as Liaison Officer, along with Enterprise Architects, Project Managers, UX Designers, Software Architects, Programmers, QA Specialists and business process owners as well as customer teams and key experts.
