I provide advice and defence services to organisations and individuals faced with Regulatory challenges in health and safety, product safety, food safety and environmental areas of law. Recent examples include: • Investigation regarding the death of a worker following a fall from height • Death of a person in care premises following a fire• Amputation due to an incident involving unguarded machinery in the manufacturing process• Product safety allegations following the death of a member of the public after using the company's productWhilst such investigations are rare for most organisations, I am advising on these matters every day and therefore provide considered, specialist advice and support during what is often an extremely stressful and difficult time. I also help clients find solutions to challenges around compliance. This involves advising on legal requirements, effective systems in addition to developing engagement with the workforce.
