With three years of experience in recruitment and working with different companies in different industries, I have extensive knowledge about talent acquisition techniques and employer branding strategies and I also have hired for customer service, telemarketing, telesales, B2B sales, project calling, business analysis, and recruitment roles in my previous roles as an HR Recruiter. I use various talent acquisition strategies, such as job postings, referrals, social media, and head-hunting to attract and engage qualified candidates. I also conduct screening interviews, coordinate assessments, and provide feedback to the hiring managers and candidates. I have passed the GE Aerospace Human Resources Virtual Experience Program, and I also attend The HR Fundamentals course from CIPD , How to be HR course from HRCI, and HR Management Principles course from Edraak and Bayt.com .
