Main Project: Updating operation systems and monitoring/ control devices for the New Esna Barrage- Phase two.• Updating time schedules and release short plan to coordinate tasks among subcontractors. • Review, Guide & inspect all (including redesign & drawing modification) of the mechanical work in the running projects. • Daily review and inspection for the subcontractor and manufacturing process & quality of parts being manufactured with assigned factories. • Site inspection & approve for material received at site before installation. • Regular daily reports for the project work progress including specialized technical reports.

• Responsibilities:1- Repairing or replacing defective or worn-out components, such as pumps, exchangers, bearings, chains, belts, valves, gears, and motors.2- Managing and supervising a team of maintenance technicians and contractors, and providing technical guidance and support.3- Coordinating with other departments, such as production, engineering, and quality, to ensure smooth operations and compliance with safety and quality standards.4- Provide engineering counsel and leadership in establishing and refining preventive maintenance programs5- Take all maintenance orders and manage it according to the Priorities that I decide

• Responsibilities:1- Supervising and monitoring the site labore force and direct employees to ensure that they do not exceed these indicators’ permissions.2- Review the daily production report and analyze performance to upgrade the operations.3- Follow up the implementation of the production plan.4- Follow up the implementation of the machines’ periodic maintenance to increase availability and production rates.5- Be ready for any emergency or sudden breakdowns and ensure the team is ready all the time 6- Supervising production operation 7- Checking faults in the machine (Husky machines) line and auxiliary equipment 8- Monitoring product quality and fix any faults founded
