I have also performed a similar function securing a service agreement between Ghana airports authority and the South African airports company. I have also been part of the planning and implementation teams in two major events hosted in South Africa namely the Rugby and Soccer world cups.In addition to AVSEC expertise , I develop contingency plans (AEMS) in the event of major disasters in the industry, this is achieved by drafting contingency plans as well as performing test exercises with external stakeholders to ensure efficiency and efficacy of plans.I am a qualified ICAO National Inspector as well as a certified IATA AVSEC specialist. Additional AVSEC training was received from ACI and TSA .I am part of the team that make recommendations to the National Aviation Security Program and author of the FACT ASP. Additional expertise air side safety hazard and risk identification (HIRA) and a certified IATA apron manager and currently manage and the FACT airside safety department, author of the Safety Management System Manual and responsible for implementing the SMS system.
