| Play an advisory role for the project manager and customer service manager.| Assisting the designated project manager in all phases of several concurrent projects.| Support technical and pre-sales efforts; develop bids, proposals, and work statements for OSS projects.| Help identify and define the hardware requirements for new solutions.| Creating project documentation (MOP, AsBuilt, BOQ, HLD, LLD, UAT, PAT, and handover).| Management of the project crew (engineers, technicians, & laborers).| Facilitate requirements gathering workshops with product owners, business analysts, and SMEs to identify pain points and be able to articulate the requirements.| Working closely with users and vendors/integrators to ensure that the delivery is correctly positioned as part of an integrated solution and that the design is "fit for purpose" and will deliver the desired benefits to end-users.| Delegate project tasks to the Implementation and Support teams.| Follow up daily with the operations team and ensure that SLAs and KPIs are met.| Install, configure, and troubleshoot InfoVista VistaFoundation Kit.| Develop reports for numerous Core, Fixed, and Wireless technologies and vendors.| Integrating InfoVista system components with OSS system (IBM-Tivoli Netcool,BMC- User Remedy, Ericsson -Granite Inventory, IBM-SQM, and OpNet).

| Identify and deliver innovative solutions that provide value for the customer on time.| Ensure delivery of the project as required and ensure successful hand-over to production.| Maintaining contract documentation and closeout documents.| Monitoring Project’s progress and investigating problems and complaints.| Provide technical support to Customers, Business Managers, and Manufacturing.| Integrate IPs and DNSs of SaudiNet ISP into Incognito solution.
