• 7 years' experience in technical support or solution• experience in troubleshooting in a Transmission Control Protocol/Internet Protocol (TCP/IP) network environment • Maintaining an in depth technical knowledge on company’s applications and services• Installing and configuring computer hardware operating systems & applications• understanding of email clients and email systems• Knowledge of advanced computer hardware troubleshooting and setting IT devices• Ability to work independently and within a team, supporting a network of installers, customers and projects• Being available for on-call support in case of emergency IT needs• provide on-the-job training to colleagues and clients• advanced Microsoft knowledge and experience in desktop and Office tool support• Flexible, self-starter/works on own initiative in a fast paced environment.>Intrested in helping others by encouraging to learn and work with them to have good world.
