Established in 2008, Rightel started its activity in the field of high-tech communications. Expanding the fields of activities, Rightel obtained the license for operation of 3G mobiles for the first time in Iran.Human Resource Services Manager: Supervising the coordination and the arrangements made in handling a 70 people French expert team who mainly supported technical knowhow to the project. Management, coordination, and arrangements for all exhibitions, and events including supporting services for caterings, transportations, and accommodations. All the events held for introducing Rightel to public market, as well as some post offices selected to present Rightel products and its value added services in many places as Esteghlal Hotel In Tehran, Pardisan Hoptel in Meshed, and Pars Hotel in Shiraz were all some samples of holding seminars and events managed by Rightel Protocol & Services Department. Developing property insurance affairs, property maitenance support, internal relations were among the activities conducted during my experience in Rightel.

Among the most important activities undertaken by Paayvaran are:Construction, design, equipment, and operation of Simorgh Hotel in Tehran. (Ex-Miami Hotel)Reconstruction of Intourist Hotel in Tajikistan.Managing and decorating a stand in International Hotels Exhibition to present Payvaran were among the activities conducted by hotel department, leading to obtaining 3 projects in the field of construction, equipment, and remodeling. Evengt Managemnet, public relations, and hu,an support were among my activities in Payvaran.

The rooms are beautifully decorated, and are comfortable. Tradition of extending a warm welcome and offering the best hospitality are mainstays of the service philosophy at Simorgh Hotel. The service at the property is outstanding and exceeds the expectations of the most discerning guests. I was responsible for the following positions respectively in Simorgh Hotel from 2001 to 2008:Executive Manager, General Manager's Consultant in Hotel Affairs, Managing Director of Simorgh Tours Company, Manager of Marketing and Sales Department of Simorgh Hotel, Manger of Food and Beverage.It is worth to mention that holding events and seminars were among tyhe most significant tyasks for banquet department in Simorgh Hotel in which I was responsible for more than 4 years.
