ERC (EGYPTIAN REFINERY COMPANY) PROJECT:**Responsible for .**- Assure that each step is executed according to the field quality plan.- Assembly check. - Issue weld release.- Make sure that the welding is performed according to the latest WPS.- Witness preheat and PWHT.- Visual Inspection of joints.- NDE of welds.

**Responsible for .**- Review all the projects’ specifications, WPS, QPR and ITP.- Inspect the executed works against the project specifications and Quality control standard and procedures.- Inspect all the delivered materials to ensure that they completely match with approved material as well as the project specifications.- Check and forward the Daily Inspection Request to the client after carrying out the internal inspection.- Co-ordinate with the client's inspection team for final & approved inspections.- Coordinate with the Site/Section Engineers to arrange daily inspection program.- Prepare daily QC Inspection Report and submit it to the SR QCE/Quality Control Manager.- Check and make sure that the work is executed in accordance with the latest approved drawings.- Assemply of tower sections and internal components.- Visual inspection of welded joints.-Responsible for making NDT requests. - Assure that Non-Destructive Tests are in compliance with Inspection Test Plan.- Interpret and review all NDE reports against the codes.
