Current Reporting Directly to Head of IT Operations Configuring and Managing server roles (i.e. Active Directory, Exchange server, File & Printer, DHCP, DNS, FTP, etc.) Optimization and Initialization of IT Equipment (i.e. Servers, cameras, Time attendance, etc.) all over the sites Managing Avaya IP Office 500 Backup system – Symantec Backup exec 12.5 Maintaining & upgrading the firmware on MFP’s, printers, Access Points, Projectors & Fax Monitoring and making preventive maintenance if required Installation & Upgrades on OS, Applications, Software, hardware & Antivirus Monitoring & updating available updates of OS, Applications, Software & Antivirus System Backup management, ERP Data backup & printing issues Email Spam filter management Web Content filtering management on firewall Maintaining Telephone billing system and generating reports Technical support for clients on applications and IT resources Ordering consumables as per the requirement Inventory Management Remote user support either by phone or remote desktops applications Escalates problems and issues to a higher level of support this includes service that exceeds response time, repair time, lack of parts, or any other issue that could impact customer satisfaction Reviewing maintenance contracts and providing feedback, renewal of licenses
