Group Corporate Treasury (GCT) supports the Group Executive committee in developing and maintaining the appropriate balance sheet structure. This helps Lloyds Banking Group meet desired capital and funding & liquidity targets within structural market risk appetite, whilst providing the appropriate flexibility to accommodate the Group's strategic plans.The key objective of the GCT Transaction Support team is to provide support for structured transactions and debt issuances involving GCT and STG.

* Working on transition related tasks* MBS Investor Payment Project

* Researched and analysed the Custody market for safe keeping and FX revenue opportunities* Analysed historical trends for Medium Term Note and Commercial Paper with respect to Issuing Paying Agents used in the market* Drafted several presentations for the team

* Forecasted significant currency cash movements across product lines which typically had a balance of USD 3BN in all currencies. Streamlined processes to extend this forecast to 1 year resulting from a new FSA legislation enacted in Dec 2009* Performed a variety of accounting duties including budgeting, spreadsheet analysis, journal entries and preparing financial statements – which covered fees, interest, FX and Money Market Fund rebates* Completed a 3 year revenue and expense forecast for the business and presented these to senior management* Managed the tax reporting requirements for the HMRC’s Section 17* Prepared several business procedures which covered funding and liquidity management* Various Ad hoc projects including; Analysing Euroclear charges to assist Business Development in pricing new deals,Involved in building a rolling 18 month financial and capacity forecast model for the EMEA business,
