As the Site Manager for the Memorial Marae project, I oversee all construction activities, ensuring smooth site operations while updating and maintaining the construction program. My role includes coordinating with stakeholders, managing timelines, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.

Supervised and managed multiple construction activities at the AMP Portage Road project, including foundation work, steel structure installation, roof membrane application, fire door installation, sealing, and painting. Coordinated and handled deliveries to ensure timely and efficient workflow. Conducted quality assurance inspections on ongoing and completed tasks and reported directly to the Head Site Manager.

I have recently completed my last project in Mt Smart Go Media Stadium with RCC construction successfully with lots of positive and nice feedback from Client, project management, architect and subcontractors. On the other hand, I believe I still have a long challenging way in-front, that requires working in new environment with new team to add to my knowledge and experience. So I will go for it.
