• Assist the Yemen Food Security and Agriculture Cluster Coordinator in organizing timely and effective cluster meetings, information management, and coordination with humanitarian partners (OCHA, UN Agencies, INGOs, and NNGOs), relevant technical line ministries, and local authorities, local civil society and other relevant actors operational in the governorates under the hub; • Represent the Food Security Sub Cluster in the hub;• Create, manage and maintain up to date sub-cluster (hub level) contact directories and mailing lists of Food Security and Agriculture Cluster partners;• Ensure constant support to local partners (NNGOs and CBOs), UN Agencies, INGOs, relevant technical line ministries, and authorities through organizing relevant food security and agriculture related capacity building trainings;• Participate and represent the FSAC in other relevant Coordination and Cluster meetings (AHCT, RCT, ICCM, ICWG, CMWG, Nutrition Cluster, WASH Cluster, Health Cluster etc.) conducted in the hub;• Produce monthly hub sitreps on the evolving food security situation highlighting key concerns, gaps, challenges faced by partners, key advocacy messages and support needed (from the National cluster, Cluster Lead Agencies, OCHA, authorities, and other stakeholders);• Constantly ensure that there are no overlaps or duplication in assistance in the hub by making sure that FSAC partners provide and adhere to sub-district and village level plans, and coordinate prior to activity implementation;• Support the implementation of Food Security and Agriculture related assessments in areas under the coverage of the hub;• Respond to ad hoc requests from potential partners wishing to join the cluster (as per the laid down FSAC membership criteria).

▪ Represent MSF externally together with the Project Coordinator (PC) or alone (when delegated) and negotiate on behalf of the project coordination in close cooperation with the PC and based on beforehand agreed messaging.▪ Convene regular meetings with other humanitarian actors in the area to discuss updates, challenges and gaps for the project implementation. ▪ Attend relevant inter-agency meetings at the Taiz level where WASH, Health and RH updates are required. ▪ Maintain formal and non-formal resources for the IDPs movement and conduct information triangulation before sharing it.▪ Assist the Project Coordinator in Internal and External Communication sessions and events about MSF in order to improve awareness, understanding of MSF principles and services and public opinion adhesion. Write meeting minutes and contribute to the meeting logbook.▪ Establish a close working relationship with government and relevant authorities. ▪ Assist the Project Coordinator in the drafting of correspondences with authorities and counterparts (government officials, military actors, community leaders, UN agencies, NGOs, etc.) in order to ensure fluent and accurate communication flows.▪ Monitor and analyse the field developments based on triggers and other sources to track the IDPs trends for proper planning to delivery emergency response.▪ Propose interventions, based on emerging and existing needs, and follow-up on their implementation.▪ Ensure the continuity of relations/networking with local actors and keep updated the list of contacts.▪ Organize advocacy contacts and appointments for the Project Coordinator with local authorities and partners to ensure the continuity of relations with local actors and involved counterparts.▪ Prepare and conduct context, cultural and security briefings on the project context to new employees (national and international) in order to facilitate their integration and within the project environment.

▪ Participate in baseline, mid-line, and end line surveys as required;▪ Lead the development of M&E plans, conduct data analysis and prepare reports.▪ Analyse and summarize data, and ensure high-quality and timely reporting by submitting regular reports (field reports, activity reports, Issues and risks reports, monthly reports and final reports); ▪ Track that program-based monitoring activities are being performed according to schedule and implement directed research projects;▪ Collect different reports regularly (monthly, quarterly, and annually) from operational/field locations, check for consistency between the narrative and quantitative parts and supervise data entry in the Program database.▪ Provide high quality editing and formatting for reports, assessments, and project proposals; ▪ Assist in the preparation of reports and fundraising proposals;▪ Assist in the preparation, and compliance of narrative reports; ▪ Participate in the organization of training;▪ Participate in meetings when needed;▪ Coordinate with Ministries and other relevant partners;▪ Draft, edit and correct office correspondence, reports and documents; ▪ Ensure archiving and monitoring of individual dossiers and deliver all administrative documents;▪ Prepare and send internal emails and letters; ▪ Update specific databases and excel sheets independently when needed; ▪ Participate in the monitoring of work contracts on the base and inform the project manager when they are due to expire;
