Mechanical Engineer
CurrentResponsible for leading the research and development of a zero-emission project focused on manufacturing double tube heat exchangers for lithium-ion batteries in electric vehicles. Duties include writing grant proposals to secure funding, performing feasibility studies, and managing project portfolios. I design, manufacture, and conduct CFD simulations of double tube heat exchangers, incorporating turbulator insertions and nanofluids to improve performance. Additionally, I teach mechanical engineering subjects to bachelor's and master's students.• Developed a comprehensive plan for cost and time management from the design to the manufacture of a double tube heat exchanger.• Conducted an extensive literature review to extract necessary information and data.• Designed all required materials and parts for experimental test rigs and assessed their feasibility.• Communicated with heat exchanger companies to obtain quotes and review available heat exchanger models.• Prepared materials lists, confirmed by the university, and contacted market suppliers for purchasing.• Coordinated with technicians to finalize designs and machine parts for the double tube heat exchanger.
