Current• Developed Cl 14 Baseline project schedule in Primavera P6, Version 18 including resources like manpower, quantities and cost loaded schedule and approval from the concerned Engineer / Client.• Plan, coordinate and supervise all planning and scheduling activities of Contractor and sub-contractors.• Closely monitored the construction operations through the micro planning i.e Look ahead schedules and ensured the project was executed as per the contract program, approved drawings, specifications, and the project management plan. • Updated the progress of the project and tracked the schedule weekly with S Curves and EVM’s. • Preparation of Mitigation programmes and notice of delays to client on continuous basis as and when there is significant delay event impacting the schedule using Time Impact Analysis - Window Analysis for delay event and analysis of critical path.• Analyse the float path weekly and highlight the critical and near critical items / problem areas to senior management. • Alarm and send delay notices to subcontractors for delays in programme pertaining to Engineering, Procurement and Construction. • Closely Coordinate with all subcontractors for the progress in Engineering, Procurement and Construction part in line with the approved baseline programme.• Preparation of Extension of Time claims and submit to the Engineer on monthly basis.• Conduct weekly subcontractor meeting with all subcontractors to monitor procurement of long lead items. • Generated and submitted periodic status reports such as daily, weekly and monthly progress reports, dashboards and monthly presentations to the Engineer regarding project progress.• Prepare and monitor yardstick for Design milestones such as concept design, preliminary design, detailed design and IFC drawings.• Visit site regularly to monitor project progress.
