I am a medical benefits manager with over 16 years of experience in the medical and insurance sectors, where I have developed and implemented effective solutions to improve the health and well-being of employees and retirees. I am currently working at Agricultural Bank of Egypt, one of the leading banks in the country, where I am leading the full digital transformation of the paper work self management model for 29,000 beneficiaries.In my current role, I leverage my expertise in TPA (third party administration) services, data management, audit, approvals, and employee relations to establish policies and procedures, generate databases tools, approve medical services, audit claims, and handle complaints and exceptions. I also work with various stakeholders, such as TPA companies, medical providers, insurance companies, and internal departments, to ensure the quality and efficiency of the medical benefits system.
