Liaise with other departments for timely receipt of payroll related information and ensures that payroll standard files are updated on time.10.Plan and execute payments of salaries according to time table which includes arranging payment of salaries through bank transfers.11.Print and distribute monthly financial reports (payroll)12.To assist in the yearly statutory audits when required by finance and to substantiate the reports given to auditors.13.Inputting all Overtime sheets.,Checking 50% criteria for staff advances, maintaining medical deductions, cash shortages and salary deductions etc...14.Preparing monthly payroll journals, Taxes, Pensions & ICF Contributions to the Finance Division and sending payroll summary and report to MD for his updates and presented all the maintained information to the top management.
