As these were new territories, I had to lead a cross functional team for each additional customer on boarding across all aspects of the business, legal, logistics, IT, Customer Care and of course finance.This new proposition opened up new channels as including direct enterprise customers including the supply of EMEA region for Facebook,Paddy Power, Linkedin, Salesforce•Leverage retail market forecasting, competitor analysis and customer insight analysis to scope and size the opportunity for Fonua to develop and grow the business through the online channel including product definition, selling, delivery, reporting and target setting.•Proactively created, developed and signed off with the CEO and Senior Management Team the online channel strategy, vision and business case for investment in operational capacity and IT infrastructure to underpin and enable revenue growth.
