I'm a scholar-practitioner in higher education development with extensive experience at both the operational and strategic levels. This includes teaching leadership development of staff, curriculum and assessment design, programme development, academic policy, and academic quality assurance. As an experienced researcher, I have an established track record of international peer-reviewed publications, procurement of external research funding, successful research project management, internationally recognised tertiary teaching practice, and international leadership in academic development. My research and practice focus on Academic Development and the Scholarship of Tertiary Teaching and Learning. In the former, I'm interested in the theory and practice of academic leadership development, educational change leadership, and the nature of successful academic development interactions.
